Getting Started

From signup to your first connected store in about five minutes. Tradeleap is free — no credit card required at any step.

1. Create your account

Go to tradeleap.io/signup and sign up with your name, email address, and a password. Your account is the home for every store you connect — tiers, customers, pricing rules, and orders are all managed from one dashboard.

2. Complete onboarding

After signup you'll be taken through a short onboarding wizard:

  • Store details — enter your store name, your store domain (optional), and pick your platform: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Custom.
  • Features — choose which features you plan to use (wholesale tiers, reviews, loyalty, referrals, and more). This just tailors your dashboard; you can enable anything later.
  • Done — your dashboard is ready.

3. Connect your store

Tradeleap's pricing engine lives in the cloud; a lightweight connector links it to your storefront. Pick your platform:

  • Shopify — install the Tradeleap Shopify app on your store. It syncs tiers and pricing to Shopify and applies discounts automatically at checkout. See the Shopify guide.
  • WooCommerce — install the Tradeleap WordPress plugin and paste in your API key. See the WooCommerce guide.

Your store's API key lives in the dashboard under Settings. Each store gets its own key, and you can rotate it at any time if it's ever exposed.

4. Set up your first tier

With a store connected, head to the Wholesale section of the dashboard and create your first pricing tier — for example, "Wholesale" with a 20% discount. Assign a customer to it, and that customer will see wholesale prices the next time they log in and shop. The Wholesale Tiers guide covers tiers, overrides, and volume discounts in detail.
